Holder of the processing of personal data. Luca Polverini, is the holder of the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 the interested party has the right to obtain the indication: of the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and of their communication in intelligible form, of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools, of the identification details of the owner, of the subjects to whom the data can be communicated. The interested party has the right to obtain: updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those referred to conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; the interested party has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him / her, also for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales or for market research or commercial communication.
